What does this mean?
Changes to the law on how we use your information came into effect on 25th May 2018. The aim of the new European General Data Protection Act (GDPR) is to protect personal data and hold organisations that hold data accountable for its protection. Data Protection Officer Bantock Primary School has appointed a Services 4 Schools Data Protection Officer (DPO) to support us with matters relating to Data Protection and the use of your personal information. Our DPO is registered with the Information Commissioners Officer (ICO). Right to Access Individuals have the right to access copies of their personal data that the school is processing. This is known as "Subject Access". An individual is only entitled to their own personal data, and not to information relating to other people.
