After weeks of rehearsals, on 2nd November, Bantock Primary School’s choir took part in Wolverhampton’s annual diversity celebration. New to the scene this year, the children performed a piece entitled ‘SHINE’: a performance that was a melody of the popular songs ‘Lean on Me’ and ‘True Colours’. Each child proudly held a flag that represented their individual heritage and the rainbow of colour clearly defined the unique diversity, that is embodied at our school. All of the children thoroughly enjoyed the evening performance and received a goodie bag from the mayor of Wolverhampton. Miss Aston was immensely proud of the children’s effort and charisma. A MASSIVE well done to all of the children who took part, in the special event.
